feature/ceres

Camera calibration using Ceres solver. Also implements non-linear scale factor estimation.

Cvsba no longer needed and is removed.

Closes:

• #324 (closed) Simple check added, intrinsic calibration only tries to estimate first three radial distortion parameters.
• #318 (closed) Right channel sent in same resolution as left channel

enabled an automatic merge when the pipeline for 8ef415f4 succeeds
