Reconstruct to terminal play ftl files

Allow reconstruct to accept ftl files on command line to replay them. Currently reconstruct takes config files from command line arguments. This functionality would require the automatic extraction of the number of streams contained within the file.

Related to this, ftl stream files could contain other configuration information also, to patch the json config structure and recreate the settings at the time of recording? Possibly another issue.
