VS Code devcontainer support with james-yu.latex-workshop extension

I have added the configuration files for VSCode development container. This enables anyone to setup easily VSCode based latex editing environment on any OS. Compiles PDF automatically when files have changed and includes PDF preview.

No need to install anything else than Docker, VSCode and ms-vscode-remote.vscode-remote-extensionpack extension for VSCode. Then open the root folder with Remote-Containers: Open Folder in Container... command on VSCode.
