+In this example, we will need a Node.js environment with `express` for creating a server and `mysql` for interacting with the MySQL database. On the client side, we will use React to build the user interface.
+
+**Backend Setup:**
+
+First, you need to set up your Node.js environment. If you haven't installed Node.js, download and install it from [nodejs.org](https://nodejs.org/).
+
+Once Node.js is installed, you can set up your project directory and install the necessary packages:
+

+cd my_project
+npm init -y
+npm install express mysql
+```
+
+Now, create a file named `server.js` and add the following code to set up an Express server with a MySQL connection:
+

+Replace `'your_username'`, `'your_password'`, and `'your_database'` with your actual MySQL credentials and database name.
+
+**Frontend Setup:**
+
+For the frontend, you'll use React. Create a new React app (if you haven't installed `create-react-app`, you can do so with `npm install -g create-react-app`):
+

+npm start
+```
+
+This will set up a new React application and start the development server.
+
+Now, install Axios for making HTTP requests:
+

+Replace the contents of `src/App.js` with the following React component code:

+
+This code does the following:
+
+1. On component mount, it checks if the countries data is in `localStorage`.
+2. If it is, it uses the cached data.
+3. If not, it fetches the data from the server at `http://localhost:3000/countries` using Axios, then caches it in `localStorage`.
+
+Now, you have a complete setup where the backend serves data from a MySQL database, and the frontend caches the data to reduce the need for repeated requests.
+
+Remember to run both the server and the client. The server is run with `node server.js` from the `my_project` directory, and the client is run with `npm start` from the `my_project/client` directory.

+# Getting Started with Create React App
+
+This project was bootstrapped with [Create React App](https://github.com/facebook/create-react-app).
+
+## Available Scripts
+
+In the project directory, you can run:
+
+### `npm start`
+
+Runs the app in the development mode.\
+Open [http://localhost:3000](http://localhost:3000) to view it in your browser.
+
+The page will reload when you make changes.\
+You may also see any lint errors in the console.
+
+### `npm test`
+
+Launches the test runner in the interactive watch mode.\
+See the section about [running tests](https://facebook.github.io/create-react-app/docs/running-tests) for more information.
+
+### `npm run build`
+
+Builds the app for production to the `build` folder.\
+It correctly bundles React in production mode and optimizes the build for the best performance.

+### `npm run eject`
+
+**Note: this is a one-way operation. Once you `eject`, you can't go back!**
+
+If you aren't satisfied with the build tool and configuration choices, you can `eject` at any time. This command will remove the single build dependency from your project.
+
+Instead, it will copy all the configuration files and the transitive dependencies (webpack, Babel, ESLint, etc) right into your project so you have full control over them. All of the commands except `eject` will still work, but they will point to the copied scripts so you can tweak them. At this point you're on your own.
+
+You don't have to ever use `eject`. The curated feature set is suitable for small and middle deployments, and you shouldn't feel obligated to use this feature. However we understand that this tool wouldn't be useful if you couldn't customize it when you are ready for it.
