Implements #325 depth only correspondence

Makes a number of fixes and enhancements to the depth correspondence finding and adjustment. It is still necessary to do a smaller colour adjustment, to filter inconsistent results and perhaps interpolate values for sub pixel matching.

Also, allows reconstruction to run within the GUI by enabling the MVMLS operator.
