Feature/219/gui record options
Adds options for a 2D snapshot, virtual camera recording and 3D scene recording to the GUI. To support these additions, NetConfigurables are now added and removed from the local index as peers connect and disconnect. The ftl2mkv application has also been fixed to support conversion of both channels of the ftl file.
