Add a CI pipeline to test the React part
Tests the React part of the app to demonstrate GitLab's CI pipeline.
A friendly reminder, old access tokens with no expiry dates will soon be expiring. Any tokens with no expiry dates had their expiry set to one year when we updated to Gitlab 16.0 (around a year ago).
So make sure you renew your access tokens accordingly.
