Diffgamma
Added a null implementation for diffgamma.. the meat of it has to be done with either
- physical approximation - may prove difficult
- large gamma grid - will prove a pain in the ass
A friendly reminder, old access tokens with no expiry dates will soon be expiring. Any tokens with no expiry dates had their expiry set to one year when we updated to Gitlab 16.0 (around a year ago).
So make sure you renew your access tokens accordingly.
