Many tt theses need source code listings and minted works pretty good with those. Sadly it does require shell-escape in order to work properly, which I have manually added to every student writing thesis.
These changes enable shell-escape by default for pdflatex and xelatex and they should also work in Overleaf/sharelatex.
This pr also adds more aggressive compression to limit file sizes for compiled PDFs. Some PDFs get ridiculously big if using 0 level compression. Ideally these would be separate PRs though, but I'm lazy. We can modify the pr if necessary.

Update the position of the twoside page number as well
There were some conflicts after fixing other stuff, but I think I manually applied everything listed here. I also disabled the use of the minipage on the frontpage since I'm not sure it's needed anymore if the text is flushed to the right

Ok, so I cherry picked the changes from Jarko's PR. The front page now also shows the month field and seems to be more in line with the Alina's thesis template. There are still some minor differences between the official template and this one. Should those be addressed as well? TBH I'm not 100% sure I agree with all the decisions made there.

Updated the front page style & month name macro
Hi, the package is now mentioned in the cls file, but not enabled by default. We need to test that it works in all the suggested environments.

Mention the placeins package
Documentation for the change: https://tech.utugit.fi/soft/thesis/doc/labreport/advanced/index.html#two-side-document
Passing twoside
option to the underlying report class has very little effect, as the pagestyle is apparently hardcoded in ututhesis
class. This leads to either ugly twoside prints, or wasting paper on one sided printing.
It has the same effects, except it ignores certain environments. For example linespacing in footnotes is not doubled. In the example document the only visible difference is that code listings no longer have double spacing.
Last but not least, the package is much more writer friendly, if someone wants to change spacing on the go.

Merge branch 'master' into 'master'
... and 1 more commit
After forking this repo, cloning the fork, switching to the simple Gitlab CI file and then pushing the commit, the CI pipeline failed in the deploy stage. From the log file it looks like the builder fails to download sitegen.jar because of some kind of authorization problem.
