Subject: [PATCH] Relax previous restriction on running binutils ar tests for
Alpha targets, allowing the tests to be run for ELF variants.
* testsuite/binutils-all/ar.exp: Relax previous restriction on
Alpha targets. Allow ELF based Alpha targets.
