Depth thresholds to match depth resolution
In some places such as in rendering, discontinuity detection or smoothing, depth thresholds are used to indicate what a large difference is. This needs to adapt to the disparity resolution at that depth, meaning larger depth thresholds at larger distances. It should mean fewer false discontinuities at greater distances that results in rendering holes etc.
