Clamp non-corresponding pixels in MVMLS
Correspondences between camera pairs are done on a 4x4 block basis. Those blocks that are on discontinuity or invalid depth boundaries cannot be matched due to uncertainty, and are therefore not associated with a correspondence or moved accordingly to align the surfaces. The result is that at depth edges the surfaces peal away from each other causing nasty visual artefacts. It is necessary to move these by nearest correspondence matches and then snap surfaces together whilst maintaining relative neighbour distances.
