Let's also see how the new CI script works.

The whole document is now generated from
the LyX doc to avoid having a redundant
hand made tutkielma.tex. This should avoid
bugs that appear when only one is tested.

The new version uses some tricks to calculate the number
of appendix pages, without screwing things with hyperref.
Unfortunately some additional packages are now needed
(xstring, totalcount).

The LyX layout now encapsulates the \appchapter.

The bibliography listing now automatically generates the label for
the endofpages page counter. This label is used for counting normal
text pages. The page numbering for appendices still depends on
\appendices and \\appchapters. The \eofapppages is automatically
added to the end of the document.

This should generate the same example document with LyX 2.3.
Tested with lyx/pdflatex/biber and lyx/xelatex/biber.

This can be selected from the LyX 2.3 GUI to use the document class.
Lyx < 2.3 don't support biblatex so they're not compatible.

The new tutkielma.tex, tested with pdflatex/biber
and xelatex/biber. Biber 2.11, texlive 2018.47465.

The utuftthesis.cls continues the efforts of the old library.
This version cleans up the example file quite a bit and enables
using frontends such as LyX more easily. It also switches to
biblatex, which means that utf-8 should be enabled everywhere.

New features:
 * more logic for alternating between finnish/english
 * months as numbers
 * magic values for thesis types (can be extended)
 * biblatex backend (may need tuning)
 * hidechapters parameter for hiding chapter titles
 * switches to more standard macros for content creation
